CrossFit Athlete
Alanna Fisk is a CrossFit athlete from Sanford, Florida. Her home gym is CrossFit Exalted. She competed in the CrossFit Games Atlantic Regionals 4 consecutive years (2015, 16, 17, & 18). She is the shortest CrossFit athlete to date at 135 lbs and 4 feet and 11 inches tall. Before CrossFit, Alanna was a competitive gymnast for 10 years who was trained by a Navy Seal. Her training mirrored military style bootcamp, and when her coach's friends from the Navy would visit, the 8 year old girl would run circles around any grown man who challenged her during conditioning.
Alanna trains arduously every day in the gym with the goal of winning the CrossFit Games as also the smallest athlete to step foot on the field. After leaving the 2018 CrossFit Regionals and not making the Games, she moved to adopt a new mindset founded in growth; where she believes as long as her mind is constantly focused on the things we can control and we work harder than anyone else, anything is possible - even if the odds are eternally not in our favor. Odds are meant to be defied, and Alanna plans to shatter the dice.

QUICKSTART

If you are new to the gym scene, this program is for you. You will develop baseline cardio & muscular endurance, strength, and flexibility in 30 minutes, 6 days a week. These sessions can be done at home or at any gym. The goal of this program is to look and move better for the beginner. At the conclusion of the 4 weeks, the body will need a different stimulus in order to avoid adaptation plateau. This is where the Unloaded program comes in.
UNLOADED
$ 49.95 Monthly
For the casual gym-goer who is looking to break through that plateau and push themselves a little harder in one hour or less. This program requires certain equipment available at most CrossFit-style gyms or health clubs. In this program, you will develop higher cardio and muscular endurance along with strength while refining intermediate-level skill under intensity.
WHAT'S ALANNA DOING?
$ 74.95 Monthly
This program is the programming Alanna follows every day, one week after she has completed it. You will have access to her results and how she structures her week. If she takes a rest day, you will see a rest day. If she maxes out, you will see what she hit that day. You will have access to the program one week ahead for planning purposes. This program is for the seasoned CrossFit athlete who is looking to compete at the elite level.
